Is a payment required for a covered in-home service visit?
The protection plan has a damage removal or part or full replacement guarantee.
Plan documents are emailed or mailed a few weeks after furniture delivery and are not required to make a claim. Contact claims@raptns.com for replacement copies.
Regular cleaning and maintenance is recommended according to the manufactures guidelines. Call 1-800-732-5856 for protection Plan recommendations.
The guest has 30 days from the point of noticing the damage to report a claim.
A new replacement piece of furniture has no new coverage on it but replacement coverage can be purchased at the store.
Individual pet stain is covered but gnaw and claw type damage are not.
Re-selection piece of furniture will be authorized when parts or material are no longer available from the manufacture. The are NO prorated deductions taken off the original purchase price.
Yes, you can customize your coverage and term ("term" means how long a Plan is in effect). You can cover just stains for a single item or all items on a ticket, or cover only certain damages or all damages. You can even add a Pet coverage rider. Your costs adjust depending on how much or little coverage you select. A popular choice is to buy a Single Item stain program and Multiple item stain, rip, tears, burns, electrical and structure program - merchandising those two programs side by side.
Yes. Once you sell a Plan you report that sale to use using our electronic system (our programmers will help set the file transfer up for you). We invoice you only after you deliver the first covered item to your customer. Until the first item on a ticket is you are not invoiced.
Yes, we have programs for all types of Home Furnishings and Jewelry. Don't forget that you can customize your coverage and include only certain items or all items that you sell.
